This community hall is located on Blacktown Road near the intersection with Gorricks Lane, Freemans Reach, New South Wales. It was built by contractors E J and F A Cupitt of Windsor and the architect was Mr Lancaster of Richmond on a small parcel of Crown Land and was opened in July 1904.
