Grenville Cottage, constructed about 1890 is a small Victorian cottage with a steeply pitched hipped roof. A skillion verandah is on the east (Grenville Street) side and a deep rear skillion. The original rendered brick walls have been covered with cladding. There is a brick chimney at the rear of the house.
