Located at 41 (253) Pitt Town Road, now the site of the Lynwood Country Club development comprising an 18 hole golf course and clubhouse. This club was formerly known as Kellyville Country Club.
One of the oldest surviving houses in the Pitt Town area it was built about 1830 on land acquired by John McDonald in 1825. He operated an horse-powered grain mill possibly located on this property. McDonald died in 1874.
