The house is described as “An extraordinary and eclectic pair of early ’town’ residences in a rural setting. Unusual pair of residences and two storey rendered brick residence with corrugated iron roof and verandah. Has pediment, cast iron verandah posts, French doors and shutters. Other residence has dormer window, new wing at south west corner of buildings. Now one residence”.
